A city in the northern part of Alagaësia, that was under the control of the Empire. It was a major staging point for Galbatorix's Imperial Army with barracks, a fort, and some of the Empire's best security prisons. Its also a fishing and trapping center, where hunters can replenish supplies and sell their pelts and meat before returning to the wild. There was a point of rebellion here of the new monarch but it was defeated.
